Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Urja Vitality, we are committed to providing the highest quality product—100% Pure Shilajit Resin. As a retailer for VA Ventures, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our product, certain conditions apply to cancellations, returns, and refunds.

1. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Before Shipment

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24hrs, only if the product has not been dispatched.

  • To cancel your order, please contact us at support@urjavitality.com with your order details immediately.

  • Upon successful cancellation before shipment, a full refund will be Credited within 5-7 business days to the original payment method or as per banks policy.

Cancellation After Shipment

  • Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Fraudulent Transactions

  • If we suspect a fraudulent transaction or a violation of our terms and conditions, we reserve the right to cancel the order without prior notice.

 

2. Return, Replacement, and Refund Policy
Returns are not applicable.
However, Replacement Eligibility

Returns, replacements, or refunds will only be accepted under the following conditions:

  1. Damaged or Tampered Products:

    • If the product is received in a damaged condition (e.g., broken glass jar) or shows signs of tampering (e.g., broken seal sticker).

  2. Unboxing Proof Required:

    • A clear video of unboxing must be provided, showing the following details:

      • Batch code.

      • Visible damage or tampering.

      • Original packaging, including labels and seals intact.

  3. Timeframe for Reporting Issues:

    • If you receive any Damaged or Broken Product, kindly contact us with 24hrs of Delivery at email to support@urjavitality.com. we will replace the product and re-deliver in 5-7 business days.

 

Conditions for Returns and Refunds

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging, including all labels, seals, and the intact seal sticker.

  • Returns will not be accepted if the product has been opened, used, or if the seal sticker is broken (except in cases of tampering or damage).

How to Initiate a Return or Replacement

  1. Contact Support:
    Email support@urjavitality.com with the following details:

    • Order ID.

    • Description of the issue.

    • Attached video or images as proof of damage/tampering.

  2. Approval Process:

    • Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days.

  3. Reverse Pickup and Inspection:

    • Upon approval, we will arrange a reverse pickup of the product.

    • The refund or replacement process will begin once the product is inspected and verified to meet the conditions outlined above.

 

Refund Process

Refunds are only processed under the following circumstances:

  1. Orders cancelled before shipment.

  2. Approved cases of damaged or tampered products, subject to verification.

Refund Timeline:

  • Refunds will be processed within 2–5 business days of approval and inspection.

  • The Refund will be credited in your account as per bank policy.

  • For payments made via credit/debit card or net banking, refunds will be credited to the same account.

 

3. Exclusions

Returns and refunds will not be accepted under the following conditions:

  • The product is opened, and the seal sticker is broken.

  • The original packaging, including seals, labels is missing or altered.

  • Claims are made beyond the 1-day reporting period from the date of delivery.

 

4. General Terms

  • We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to review the policy periodically.


5. Shipping Policy

  • We aim to deliver your orders promptly. Delivery times for all orders within India take approximately 5-7 working days, depending on your location. Please note that we do not guarantee delivery times due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, courier delays, or public holidays.
